RRRA is Granted the Equality Mark Certificate

RRRA is pleased to announce that it was granted the Equality Mark Certificate on the 10th December 2020, by the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE).

The Equality Mark Certification proves the Agency’s commitment towards the implementation of relevant policies and practices relating to gender equality and family friendly measures at the place of work and the access to and provision of goods and services. Among a number of practices, the Agency has successfully:

• Established a set of family-measures applicable to all Staff;
• Offered a set of Training Opportunities to all Staff related to Gender, Equality and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace;
• Established an Equality Policy to ensure that all employees have access to the same opportunities and the same fair treatment;
• Established a Sexual Harassment Policy to discourage inappropriate behaviour whilst protecting the employees if something happens while at the workplace.

Moreover, the Agency continuously ensures that job descriptions are gender neutral and Vacancy Adverts observe commitment towards gender equal opportunities.

The NCPE recognizes RRRA’s incessant efforts in ascertaining the maintenance of a high level of equality in the working environment.
